Plot: Louisiana, 1935. Paul Edgecomb, prison officer, supervises the death row at Cold Mountain Penitentiary. He, agent Brutus, his best friend and other colleagues including Percy, sadistic and highly recommended, are responsible for monitoring prisoners sentenced to death and to accompany that last the day of the long corridor who is called the 'Green Mile' for the color of the linoleum.
