The City of Newfoundland B.ni Service, Promotion Planning, announced that from Monday, December 6 will begin the short course of popular kitchen and family edition in 2010.

The course is sponsored by the City of Terranova Bracciolini in collaboration with the Pro Loco Newfoundland with the catering industry and the producers of the area. The course objective is to foster a concrete knowledge of the cuisine of the Arno Valley and the popular food culture, starting from basic food ingredients to reach the plates, through the preparation and cooking to the table and the matching.

The course is designed for professionals who, for professional reasons, wish to deepen their knowledge on local cuisine and local production and food culture enthusiasts who want to learn some secrets and "doing" a good kitchen.
